We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS), Firebase Authentication for identity management, and Firestore security rules to enforce role-based data access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Fonts. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

Optional in-product features that use artificial intelligence (for example schedule assistance, in-app help, or content suggestions) may send prompts and related context to Google AI (Gemini) through Google's APIs for processing. Those requests are subject to Google's terms and privacy documentation for the applicable API. We do not use your data to train third-party foundation models beyond what those providers disclose in their policies for the services we enable.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We may also use analytics cookies to understand Service usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling necessary cookies may affect Service functionality.
